Open communication throughout the office is vital. With minimal layers of management, employees are encouraged to share any suggestions or concerns and know their opinions are valued. Even though there are specific roles within the company, everyone pitches in to help wherever & whenever needed. Jokes (and snacks) are shared daily within a family-type atmosphere.

Building a great team culture extends beyond the workplace. We regularly get together outside of work during after-work social evenings at a local restaurant or conference center, cookouts at co-workers’ homes during the weekend, and monthly game nights mid-week.
