Wonnica was able to not only solve the issue in record time but gave me the steps to take in case it happens again! I thought for sure we would have to make a bank run today, but thanks to Wonnica's help my remote scanner is now working and we can directly deposit our checks into our account to show for the year end! This is HUGE to our department right now!

I submitted my first online ticket for assistance and the process was very easy! We needed to make a small change to our voicemail greeting. I received an immediate response that the request was submitted, followed by status emails and it was ultimately resolved within a couple of hours. A few weeks ago, auto dealers were affected by a hacking event in a major program used by dealers all across the nation. Once it started working again there was a lot of back and forth regarding major bugs with communications. Our dealership uses ClearCom IT, and they were able to take that back and forth off of my hands so I could continue to work. I dealt with Hunter there and he made it so easy for me to start catching up from the shutdown, as he dealt with the hacked program. I couldn't be more pleased with the help they provided! Highly recommended!

Hunter was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. He determined right away that my PC didn't have the apps I needed (Excel) installed, and the PC had a security issue as well. Sean went above and beyond at his visit today. He was here to test our Wifi signal strength and ended up helping us with several issues, including offering to get on a call with one of our vendors to help address an IT issue we were having with their services.
