Wonnica was able to not only solve the issue in record time but gave me the steps to take in case it happens again! I thought for sure we would have to make a bank run today, but thanks to Wonnica's help my remote scanner is now working and we can directly deposit our checks into our account to show for the year end! This is HUGE to our department right now!

I submitted my first online ticket for assistance and the process was very easy! We needed to make a small change to our voicemail greeting. I received an immediate response that the request was submitted, followed by status emails and it was ultimately resolved within a couple of hours. Not only did they take the time to provide clear and professional updates, but they did so quickly and accurately. Thank you for your help!
