Yes, our minimum monthly contracts are $995/month. Even if you only have a handful of computers, the investment in the peace of mind that your devices and systems are protected is justifiable for most businesses - especially those in highly regulated industries such as finance and law - where compliance, backups, and audit trails are necessary.

ClearCom IT's pricing is very fair for the services and support we provide. We fall in the middle of the ranges shared on the pricing page. We are not the lowest priced IT company in the area; however, you won't be disappointed with the elite, super-responsive IT support you'll receive from our team.
 

We do charge an onboarding fee that covers the work required to get your company in our system, allowing us to start monitoring your company's devices and providing support to your team.

This fee varies, as it’s based on the size of your company and the estimated time required to document all your systems and add our tools to your computers/equipment. However, on average, it is typically equal to your monthly contract.

The formula to find your upfront cost to work with us is typically 2x your monthly contract:
First month's IT contract + onboarding fee = Total Investment to start

Pricing for users and devices is actually a combination, depending on the services in your contract. We use tools for managing and securing each of your devices, which are priced individually per device. For services for individual users, such as 365 accounts and SaaS backups for each account, those are billed per license.

Yes, we do have a very marginal markup on hardware that we procure for our clients. That covers the time it takes to ensure we're ordering the correct equipment necessary for your organization, and we also handle any warranty issues that may arise during the equipment's lifetime.

No, we do not offer financing. Please refer to your bank or credit union for operational funding. 

Our managed IT services are invoiced monthly and can be set up on an automatic ACH payment schedule from your bank for your convenience. 

Products like networking equipment and computers, or labor for excluded projects, are billed each month as they are ordered or (in the case of projects) scheduled for completion. 

Most of the time, yes, we charge a nominal fee per computer configuration, especially if the computers were purchased by someone other than ClearCom IT.

We take the time to remove all pre-installed programs from the computer and configure only the necessary software tailored to your specific company's needs. This may also include delivery and set-up of the computer at your place of business. On average, this takes between 4-5 hours per computer. Far more than the small configuration fee charged.
