Getting Started with ClearCom IT's ActiveSupport™ Program
Step 1: Initial IT Assessment and Documentation
First, an IT professional from ClearCom IT visits your office(s) and evaluates your systems.
These systems include your:
- Networking equipment
- Data connections
- Servers
- Desktops
- Laptops
- Any other technology systems
ClearComIT provides this document to you as a part of the evaluation process. (Even if you choose not to use our services, it is a valuable set of documentation that you could use internally or provide to any other company you choose to use.)
If you do choose to use ClearCom IT’s managed IT services, this will provide the blueprint for our company's support.
Step 2: Monitoring Software is Deployed
After the evaluation process is complete and the contract signed, we will set up an onboarding visit to begin deploying our support systems on your network and work with your staff to understand the support processes with ClearCom IT.
At the same time, we will begin addressing critical system issues and working to resolve all of the priority issues identified during the initial network assessment.
