My password was fixed on this computer but reality is the password works on every other device I have so it has to be an issue that is specific to this computer. I feel like this will continue to happen as it has since the summer. I would like a long term fix to be figured out.
ClearCom IT Response: The password is set to automatically expire after a set period of time. We’ve created a calender notification to contact the user prior to reset the password every time period. |
