Our partnership with ClearCom IT Solutions, Inc. is a hybrid approach where we provide basic, onsite support internally while leveraging ClearCom IT for more complex issues. This co-managed relationship has been excellent, and it never feels like we are interfering with one another. ClearCom IT is always willing to provide support and follow up on tasks internally so our team can save time from dealing with third-party vendors.
The responsiveness and skill level of ClearCom IT’s support specialists & support engineers is phenomenal. With other IT companies we’ve worked with, when we reached out for help, we dealt with someone who could not provide the support we needed requiring escalation within their team. Tickets would take far too long to complete, and the level of service suffered because of it.
