Local, Patient, Asks the Right Questions

The single biggest benefit to using ClearCom IT Solutions, Inc. is that they’re local.  I have had several occasions that required a technician to show up on-site to handle a problem that couldn’t be ironed out over the phone. That kind of service is simply not possible with a company stationed out of town. The ClearCom IT techs know our company, they know our equipment, and they know what is going on.  I know the people with whom I’m talking on the phone!!

I’m NOT a computer guy, I don’t know the technical lingo and I sometimes struggle finding answers to technical questions. The office staff and techs at ClearCom IT are very patient and great at asking the right questions to direct me where I need to be. Other companies I have worked with in the past would talk over my head or use terms I didn’t understand.

I feel that ClearCom IT Solutions, Inc. offers my business the same level of service a big IT company would, but out of a local office.  They have knowledgeable staff and offer all the services you would need to keep your computers and network secure and your business running efficiently.  I didn’t switch to ClearCom IT because they are local, but that’s now what I like about them most.
