We get it. Switching managed IT service providers seems more of a hassle than it's worth. Many businesses tolerate subpar performance from their IT companies simply because it seems like a daunting task to switch.
We want to reassure you that we will help you through every step of the way, handling as much of the transition as possible so you can continue running your business with as little frustration and downtime as possible.

Onboarding
We'll set up a call for you to meet with our onboarding specialist, who'll be your liaison during the transition. We'll send you a technical information form to start compiling your current technical details. This can be completed by you, your current IT vendor, or we can liaise with your vendor to acquire the needed information to get started.
We will then schedule an on-site meeting at your convenience for the onboarding specialist to evaluate and document your infrastructure, and to install any additional hardware or necessary monitoring and security software that cannot be installed remotely.

Review & Recommendations
We'll conduct a complete assessment of your network's health and efficiency, analyzing your organization's security risks to identify any potential weaknesses.
We'll meet up again to discuss the summary of recommendations for any hardware or software upgrades, or any other strategies to improve network efficiency or integrity.

Implementation
Next, we'll implement any agreed-upon changes gleaned during the review meeting. We'll make any necessary security upgrades to your system.
We'll then implement our Best Practices and create Standard Operating Procedures customized for your business.

Ongoing Engagement
You'll have regular business reviews with your assigned IT manager to review the health reports of your systems, discuss trends, focus on improvements for the upcoming quarter, and address any issues or concerns.
You'll receive regular reporting, including anti-virus and patch health reports, support ticket reports, backup status reports, and hardware inventory reports.
You'll have access to our client support center for regular training sessions, support guides, and important links to contact information.
