10 Years of 100% Service Contract Renewal
Boosts ClearCom IT Solutions

“A decade ago we saw a need,” said Rob Cleary, ClearCom president. “Many area companies could not justify either hiring the staff or incurring the expense of an in-house IT department. When they tried to outsource, they encountered other problems.”
ClearCom IT Solutions set out to become more than an IT vendor to its clients. “We decided to become their IT partner,” Cleary said. They developed an “Active Support Program” with which they create a custom plan for each client’s IT network. The program includes a HelpDesk, monitoring, maintenance, and disaster recovery. Cleary said it allows them to provide support for even the most complex network environment including servers, workstations, smart phones, copiers, scanners, and printers. They also manage remote access, network security, and compliance issues.

According to ClearCom, revenue increased by 57% from 2013 to 2014, and is expected to increase by 70% from 2014 to 2015. To accommodate the growth, several new staff members have been added, with plans to hire more.
