Bill grew up in East Brookfield, MA, and now resides in Warren, MA. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Computer Science and has been passionate about technology since childhood, when he built his first computer.

Bill has been part of the ClearCom IT family for over seven years. Starting as an intern and working his way up to Elite Technician and now Team Lead, he continues to bring the same enthusiasm to helping customers as he did on his very first day.

Outside of ClearCom IT, Bill enjoys a variety of hobbies – from playing multiple instruments and catching live shows, to hiking and playing disc golf.
