Tim spent the majority of his IT career early on supervising a call center/helpdesk team at a startup MSP. From there, he moved into an internal support position, and now he is working on getting back into focusing more on the technical support side. Tim enjoys the outdoors, including running, hiking/backpacking, kayaking, and playing basketball with his son.
